Our spacious, individually decorated, air-conditioned rooms feature king-size four-poster beds and private bathrooms. Some offer a private garden with an outdoor seating area. The recipes, inspired by the Mediterranean diet, are crafted with organic olive oil from our estate. Take advantage of our saltwater pool, our botanical garden adorned with thousands of rosebushes, and discover our permanent exhibition of contemporary sculptures. Our vegetable garden follows the "Garden to Kitchen" philosophy. Here, there is no noise, no pollution, no chemicals. The estate, certified organic, is home to olive trees, almond trees, fruit trees, truffle oaks, and a vegetable garden. Parking is available on-site. Directly access hiking, running, and mountain biking trails in the Alpilles, or take the path along the canal leading to Saint-Rémy-de-Provence.
